'...it really is quite an amazing sight...' - The Lost Gardens of Heligan get ready for a celebration of Cornwall's harvest
You can’t have failed to notice the changing of the leaves; the temperatures dropping; the nights drawing in – there’s no escaping the fact that autumn is on the way.
And for gardeners, that means celebrating the season of abundance – and bringing in the harvest. In fact, at the Lost Gardens of Heligan near St Austell, they’ve got a whole festival dedicated to just that running from the beginning of October.
