How do brains with Parkinson's change?
Prof Steve Gentleman, scientific director of the Parkinson's UK Brain Bank, demonstrates to Jane Hill how a brain with Parkinson's is affected by the condition. It's common to find shrinkage at the front of the brain and the area of the brain called the substantia nigra, in the midbrain, changes dramatically.
