Russia to build trans-Africa railway
Russia says it will work with Djibouti to build a railway line across Africa to connect the two oceans, replicating a project conducted by the United states 120 years ago.
In an exclusive interview with 大象传媒 on the side-lines of the Russia-Africa Summit, Aboubaker Omar, the Chairman of Djibouti Ports and Free Zone Authority says his country will become the gateway to South Sudan, Somalia and the great lakes region.
