Chef Bee puts her own vegan twist on the humble crumpet and wild mushrooms.

Chef Bee from the multi award winning Sanctua cooks a delicious toasted crumpet with oriental blackberry, apple and celeriac starter, followed by a main of smooth saffron polenta with spiced Malaysian creamy coconut forager鈥檚 wild mushrooms, topped with green chilli, lime, garlic and parsley pesto, toasted pine nuts and smoky limited production extra virgin olive oil.
