Report says CIA-backed Afghan troops 'committed war crimes'

The rights group, Human Rights Watch, has accused CIA-backed Afghan paramilitaries of committing war crimes, including indiscriminate airstrikes and summary executions. Patricia Gossman is an associate director for the organisation's Asia division.
