A population of over 25 million people could be affected by smog in and around India's capital, New Delhi. Dr Karen Madan, associate professor at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, tells Claudia Hammond how most of his family and friends have been to see a doctor in the last 10 days and are on medication due to the pollution.
