What happens when astronauts get grouchy?
In 2010 a multinational crew of six astronauts set off on a trip to Mars with a difference – they were confined to a bunker on Earth. Dr Erin Flynn-Evans from Nasa explains how during this simulated interplanetary mission they spent 17 months together in a mocked-up spacecraft to measure psychological and behavioural changes.
