Why aren't more women coaching men's sport?
When a man is chosen to coach a women's national sports team, questions are often raised about why a qualified woman didn't get the job. But should gender matter, or just skills and experience? And why aren't more women appointed to coach male teams? Former England women's netball coach Tracey Neville and South African women's football coach Desiree Ellis discuss with Kim Chakanetsa.
