The Sanctuary Runners movement aims to bring refugees and asylum seekers living in the Direct Provision system together with local residents with the aim simply to run alongside each other. From that humble beginning countless friendships have been formed, and the movement is now expanding all over Ireland. Fearghal Mag Uiginn talks to three regulars at the run in Ballincollig, Co. Cork: Busie Mhlophe who is originally from Zimbabwe, and two other 鈥渂low-ins鈥 鈥 Niamh N铆 Chonch煤ir from An Daingean, County Kerry, and Shane O鈥橣lynn from Clonmel, County Tipperary.
