Cornish Pirates owner Dicky Evans says the land has been secured for the Stadium for Cornwall project.

The stadium will be built at Langarth, just outside Threemilestone near Truro.

Mr Evans says the new stadium should be ready by 2022.

He believes the Pirates could take promotion to the Premiership and stay at the Mennaye while the stadium is being built.
