'I got a criminal record for triggering fire alarm'
Anthony came to the attention of Social Services soon after he was born. His mother suffered from addiction and his father had left home. He was forced to fend for himself and much of his childhood was spent in residential care. For many, a residential home provides much needed stability and care and a vital opportunity to experience a settled childhood.
