A student at St Columb's College in Derry has met with his principal over the clean shaven policy at the school. The college guidelines states clearly that "any students not clean shaven will be given the opportunity to shave in school.聽If this opportunity is not availed of the student will be placed in the study." Carrick McClean, who is 17, was taken out of class recently and asked to shave. He has been speaking to our reporter Dean McLaughlin about his social media campaign.
