South Africa Airlines’ future in flight
South Africa Airlines completed its inaugural direct flight to New York from Johannesburg on Tuesday 21st of January.
This comes in the shadow of the airline cutting back on its domestic and international flight schedule to conserve finances.
The South African government missed a deadline to bail out the struggling airline from its $138 million debt casting further questions on its future.
