Reading FC: Bowen delighted by character and resilience
Royals boss Mark Bowen was full of praise for his side after FA Cup fourth round win.
Reading had to come from behind twice, before eventually beating Cardiff on penalties in Wales.
"The character, the resilience, all those things that we see again," Bowen told 大象传媒 Radio Berkshire's Tim Dellor. "I thought in the first half, we were miles off from what we expect.
"We went to a 4-4-2 shape in the second half, and asked players to be braver on the ball and show more character.
"To come back from 2-0 down, and then [3-2] down in extra time, and do what they've done, I'm proud as punch."
