Should there be limits on storing frozen eggs?

People in the UK whose eggs or sperm are stored for medical reasons, such as for cancer treatment or premature infertility, can preserve them for 55 years.

However, there is a 10-year limit for everyone else, forcing a choice about whether destroy the eggs or embryos, or start a family before they may be ready.
