Hashi Mohamed is a barrister and broadcaster based in London. He came to Britain aged nine years old with a Somali Kenyan family after the Somali state collapsed into civil war. And he's just published a book called 'People Like Us' about his experiences growing up and the social barriers he faced because of his name, his skin colour and his parents' jobs.
