The Ghanaian artist who is producing his mother's album
Jeremiah Abiah is a Ghanaian-American recording artist, songwriter and producer based in New York. His mum Maralyn is also a talented musician. On her 75th birthday, he decided it was time she finally got the recognition she deserved. They set about recording a jazz record called My Funny Valentine. Newsday spoke to the musical pair, first of all Maralyn, who's voice you can hear.
