And Steve Lamar, chief executive of the American Apparel & Footwear Association discusses how its members are impacted by coronavirus. Also in the programme, South Africa's finance minister Tito Mboweni has unveiled a budget which promises to cut the government's wage bill by $10.5bn over the next three years.
