A life without football is a very strange one.

While we're living in unprecedented times, if you were a fan back in the winter of 1962-63 you'll remember what it was like to go without the sport because of the Big Freeze!

One player who went through it was Terry McDonald.

In 2006, his son Tony wrote a book about the Leyton Orient promotion team of 1961-62 and their season in the top flight the year after..

Both joined us to reminisce about that fateful season 58 years ago.
