Catering adapts to coronavirus
How should firms best adapt to the widespread disruption caused by the coronavirus pandemic? We meet Anna Caldicott of Cocotte Catering who has adapted her business to start delivering groceries and meals direct to the public. And we talk to Paul Jackson, head teacher at Manorfield Primary School in east London, and chef Mickey Wing Chan from the Dorchester Hotel in Mayfair, who is part of a team helping provide meals to vulnerable children, and to the children of key workers who are still going to school.
