Coronavirus: How lessons learnt in the military can help health care workers
In the highly-pressured environment of hospitals where Covid-19 patients are being treated, medical staff can be left with feelings of 鈥渕oral injury鈥, which puts them at risk of developing mental health problems. Neil Greenberg, Professor of Defence Mental Health at Kings College London, explains how he's applying lessons from research in the military to support staff during the pandemic.
