Cuckoo sets migrating speed record
Scientists in the UK have been celebrating after discovering that a cuckoo they named Carlton II had migrated four thousand miles in a record seven days. The feat took the bird from the Ivory Coast to the east of England. Paul Stancliffe is from the British Trust for Ornithology which is carrying out the study to shed light on the migratory cycle of cuckoos.
