South Africa Netball president Cecilia Molokwane talks to Sportsworld's Lee James about contracting Covid-19 and how it affected her mentally and physically. She also discusses the prospect of the return of sport and how the coronavirus pandemic will affect sport in South Africa financially.

And with the Netball World Cup set to be hosted by South Africa in 2023, Cecilia reassures that the tournament will be used as an opportunity to showcase sport in South Africa.
