A Buddhist take on lockdown: 'Isolation is a blessing'
Isolation and solitude have long been tools for people of faith to reconnect with their spirituality. For some, the global lockdown from coronavirus has forced many to switch off from daily life and think deeply about their lives and the paths they take.
Prumsodun Ok is a dancer and choreographer in Cambodia. For him, Buddhism has always been a very personal, at-home experience – and he sees his new isolation as ‘a blessing’.
