George Floyd: Is there a problem with the culture of policing in the US?
There have been clashes between police and protesters in Minneapolis after the death on Monday of an unarmed black man, George Floyd, in police custody. Four police officers have since been fired. Gloria Browne Marshall, Professor of Constitutional Law at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a civil rights attorney, outlines her concerns about the culture of policing in the US.
