Why are we sleeping less in lockdown?
There's anecdotal evidence that many of us have struggled to nod off, and stay asleep all night during the pandemic. An international group of scientists is examining how the world is sleeping. One of them is Colin Espie, a Professor of Sleep Medicine at the University of Oxford, he tells us why we're struggling to sleep during the crisis.
