Tokyo has recorded more than 200 new infections in the past 24 hours: that's the highest one-day total in the city since the start of the pandemic.聽Infection rates in Tokyo have been rising for more than a week.聽And yet from Friday, Japan's due to lift restrictions on large events such as football matches and baseball games. So will new lockdown measures have to be imposed?聽
