California locks down again as Covid-19 cases spike
Californa has become the latest American state to reverse its easing of lockdown measures. The governor of California announced the U-turn after an unexpected spike in cases of Covid-19.

Dr. Robert Wachter, Chair of the Department of Medicine at University of California, San Francisco told 大象传媒 Newsday what went wrong.
