I run for those who can't
When Tim Boyle stopped smoking he gained weight, so he decided to start running to keep fit. But he lacked the motivation to do so every day. That's until Michael Wasserman, a friend of Tim's who is in a wheelchair, asked Tim to run for him. Tim and Michael started a charity called I run 4, pairing up people who can't run with keen runners. Tim tells Emily Webb how it all started.
