Chicago violence: 'I worked with the mother of a one-year-old who was shot'
Chicago is one of several US cities that have seen a surge in shootings and homicides in recent weeks, including the killing of children as young as one year old. Donovan Price is a street pastor in Chicago who has been working with the families of victims of violent crime. He has been speaking to Newshour's Julian Marshall about the situation in the city.
