Mali: 'We want a new, just system'
The army officers that seized control in Mali after forcing out President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita want to start the process of appointing a transitional president. They say they will consult opposition groups - including one known as the M5 movement whose supporters had been protesting for weeks over what they saw as corruption and unfair elections two years ago.
One of the group鈥檚 supporters in Bamako is Dr Hamadoun Toure.
