Vinnie Jones has spoken to ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio 5 Live about his perspective on grief after the death of his wife Tanya.

She died in July 2019 after being diagnosed with cancer six years earlier.

Speaking to Nihal Arthanayake, he said he tries to focus on what he calls "joyus grief" adding, “it's a message I want to send to everybody, women, children, blokes and say, you know what, I've been there, I've done it."
