My Dorset Life: "I love working with people especially the more elderly ones who want to tell you their life story"
Michelle Day loves her job as a taxi firm telephonist and operator. The 35 year old told 大象传媒 Radio Solent reporter Laurence Herdman that her workplace team is like a 'second family' because they're together so many hours of the day and they all get along.
Michelle has lived with a form of dwarfism called achondroplasia since birth.
