Norway's carbon capture project
Norway is one of the world's largest oil producers and it's long faced opposition from climate activists who want it to move away from fossil fuels. Now the government has announced it is investing $1.8 billion in the world's first full scale carbon capture and storage (CCS) project. The Prime Minister, Erna Solberg, calls the programme a "milestone in the government's industry and climate efforts", as she explains here.
