Boris Johnson has pledged to help young people get a 鈥渓ong-term fixed-rate mortgage鈥� worth up to 95% of the home鈥檚 value.

Mr Johnson said that delivering on the Conservative manifesto pledge would allow for two million more owner-occupiers to buy their own home.
