A Sudanese-Swedish artist, Ta Satti was raised between Sweden, Egypt and the UK, and his evocative sound certainly reflects this unique upbringing.

Arriving in the UK at the age of nine, Ta鈥檚 family settled in Southgate, which is where he first started experimenting with music production through the cities garage and grime scenes. Having grown up on a host of different styles, including reggae, hip-hop, soul and funk, Ta鈥檚 sound draws on everyone from Andre 3000, Nas and Jay-Z, to James Brown, Bob Marley and James Blake.

Ta caught our attention and earned his first 大象传媒 Music Introducing spin back in March, and has been delivering crackers ever since. Having released his debut album in 2019, he is steadily building a catalogue and fan base, with another album currently in the works.
