Thousands of seal pups found dead in Namibia
There is an awful scene in Namibia. The foetuses of thousands of seals have been found dead on the coast. It's described as a mass die-off event. The seals usually synchronise giving birth on the sandy beaches in November, but the amount of tiny bodies now on the beaches show something is not right.
Naude Dreyer is the co-founder of the the NGO 'Ocean Conservation Namibia' and he and his team patrol the beaches daily. They are the ones who first noticed this was happening.
