What is it like to look after a baby gorilla?
Any parents out there know how time-consuming, and sometimes difficult, it can be to look after a newborn baby but how about a baby gorilla? Well keepers at Bristol Zoo in the UK are finding out as they have had to take on the care of a ten week old Western Lowland gorilla - a species generally found in Central Africa – as he was unable to feed from him mother. One of his carers is Shani Ratnayake. She starts by explaining the differences between the needs of a baby gorilla compared to those of a human baby.
