US Election 2020: Will the result be known on the night?
The winner of the US presidential election is usually, but not always, known within hours of the polls closing, as - one by one- American states declare who their voters want to be president. But this time, there are warnings that the result might not be known for days, or even longer. Correspondent Aleem Maqbool explains the reasons for the wait - including the unprecedented number of early and postal votes, and the electoral college system.
