Uganda arrests leading human rights lawyer

Ugandan lawyer Nicholas Opiyo, was detained with three others

Police in Uganda have arrested a prominent human rights lawyer over alleged money laundering.

The United Nations says the town of Bambari in the Central African Republic has been retaken from rebels who seized it on Tuesday. The country is due to hold elections on Sunday.
