Melton woman takes on ice bath challenge in animal water troughs for charity
Justine Sore from Melton has been taking ice baths, in animal water troughs on her farm, all this week.
Why? Well to raise money for the Derbyshire, Leicestershire and Rutland Air Ambulance.
Open water swimming is 'in her blood' so she decided to take on the challenge to 'get her fix'.
Justine spoke to ´óÏó´«Ã½ Radio Leicester's Jimmy Carpenter.
Very cold water can be dangerous – especially for people with a heart condition – so if you’re considering attempting cold-water therapy, check with your GP first.
