North Korea has unveiled a new submarine missile at a military parade which state media has described as 鈥渢he world鈥檚 most powerful weapon鈥�. Leader Kim Jong Un watched the display of heavily armoured vehicles and aircraft fly overhead in the capital Pyongyang. Stephen Robert Nagy is senior associate professor at Tokyo鈥檚 International Christian University and Distinguished Fellow at the Asia Pacific Foundation.
