'You were afraid to answer because you didn't know the news you were going to get'

The partner of a man diagnosed with Covid-19, and admitted to Altnagelvin Hospital where he spent 10 days in ICU fighting for his life, says he鈥檚 lucky to be alive.

Eugene Bell (52), a non-smoker with no underlying health conditions, contracted the disease earlier this month. 聽His partner, Paul McShane, called an ambulance when he feared he wouldn鈥檛 survive.
