Rape prosecutions decreased by more than half between 2016 and 2019. End Violence Against Women (EVAW) Coalition and the Centre for Women's Justice say the Crown Prosecution Service has unlawfully changed its policy and practice on decision-making in rape cases.
Kat alleges that she was raped in her home by a man known to her, but all charges against him were dropped. She explained to Emma Barnett how this experience impacted her and why she's chosen to waive her anonymity to speak out about it.
