'Critical' the UK closes the travel quarantine loophole
It is "absolutely critical" the UK government closes a loophole in quarantine rules for international travellers, says Scotland's transport minister.
Michael Matheson told The Sunday Show he wants an assurance that travellers who arrive in England will self-isolate south of the border.
Scotland is introducing new rules from 04:00 on Monday all international arrivals to the country must self-isolate in hotels for 10 days.
In England the rules only apply to arrivals from 33 "red list" countries.
