Vickie Gillespie is a farmer from near Market Harborough.

She used to be a beautician, until she was made redundant and went back to work on her dad's farm.

During that time she realised just how much her dad was struggling with his mental health.

This week the Farm Safety Foundation are launching their "Mind your head" campaign, encouraging farmers to talk.
