Millions are without power in Texas
More than twenty people are now known to have died as large parts of the American south have been plunged into a deep freeze. Texas is the worst affected state and millions have been left without power. Jason Whitely, a reporter with WFAA-TV Channel 8 in Dallas, has the latest.
