Call for more investment in clean energy for fragile states
A group of 15 current and former heads of state are calling on international and private donors to increase investments in clean energy for countries affected by conflict and poverty. The call, led by the former British prime minister David Cameron, is aimed at ending the cycle of poverty and supporting recovery in fragile states from the Covid-19 pandemic. Mr Cameron has been speaking to Newsday's Clare McDonnell.
