Bringing people together from our different cultures and communities in Suffolk.

We hear from two Lowestoft Projects this week - WOMEN LIKE ME – who support women through gardening activities, plus SWELL music project, who are based in Waveney, but offer music and engagement all over Suffolk and Norfolk, they highlight a new project that supports neuro-divergent young people through music.
The Maharani restaurant in Ipswich gives us a slice of family history and journey, from Bangladesh to Ipswich, and how they have been helping others during the pandemic.
Silas from Maui Waui tells us his events and festivals plans now we have a roadmap out of lockdown
And we have a weekly community notice board with upcoming events.
