The British Prime Minister on Monday will announce details of a covid status certification scheme that is being developed in England to enable concerts and sporting events to resume. Meanwhile, in India, Maharastra state goes back into lockdown after a spike in coronavirus cases and the Pope, in his Easter message, urges a faster vaccine rollout for the developing world.
